student mobility & language learning

The SMiLE programme is willing to recruit candidates who are proactive, extroverted and that enjoy working with young people. Ideally, they should be independent and have initiative since they will help students to improve their oral proficiency in the target language. Also, we want the SMILE language assistants to have a positive experience in the schools and in Tarragona. For this reason, they will be working under the supervision of a full-time teacher (school tutor). We hope that participating in the programme becomes a significant contribution to the trainees' professional and personal development.
